A Hand Up for the Homeless

In the first 16 weeks of 2018, we have already served 2,130 nutritious meals. While we make sure that our kitchen is stocked with supplies so the residents in our homeless shelter can prepare their own breakfast, lunch and snacks, our family-style dinners are prepared with care by staff and volunteers.

When bellies are full, minds are open, so our nutrition program is a key component of My Sister’s Place services. We would love for your organization or family to provide a meal for 20 for our home. You can whip up your favorite dish or pick-up take-out from the grocery store deli – we’re not picky!

You can volunteer to provide a meal once or get on a regular donation schedule.

My Sister’s Resale Boutique

Come shop with us from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. during the week and from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Gently loved donations are accepted up until 1 hour before closing time. Help us make our boutique a success! The better the store does, the more resources we will have to pour into our shelter and the lives of homeless women and children! If you are interested in volunteering at the boutique, please visit our website to complete a Boutique Back-Up volunteer form.

Have you liked the boutique’s Facebook page yet? If not, you should! We post new merchandise a few times a week!
